With professional ECU bench programming equipment with the latest updates we are usually able to connect to any modern ECUs that we come across.

Sometimes it's not so simple and where an ECU is not supported we have to find new and intuitive methods to connect to the ECU.

We often get requests to get involved in new and interesting projects, so we decided to make a log of them on our website.
Maybe you have a similar project and would like to discuss it with us too.

It's not only ECU related projects we work with, we can even help you out with electrical and wiring installations, for example we are very knowledgeable when it comes to installing campervan electrical systems.

Recent Projects

Volvo XC60 ECU cloning – Here the vehicle was showing several injector faults and was diagnosed to need a new ECU. We cloned the contents on to a good working tested unit and the faults went away making this a cost effective and simple repair.

VAG PCR2.1 ECU unlocking with Stage 1 remap – Our customer was suffering from a common problem of water ingress in the the PCR2.1 ECU. For this ECU it makes more sense to unlock a good replacement unit than to clone the contents on to another ECU.

Suzuki Marine DF90 Outboard engine remap – We were asked if we could convert the 90BHP ECU in to the 115BHP version, the customer also changed the camshaft.

DID1 Standalone ECU Wiring and Software Calibration – We were asked by a local company in the Netherlands if we could assist in building a custom wiring loom to work with a Kubota engine test bed, we also needed to set up the software on the DID1 standalone ECU system.

Saab Trionic 8 ECU cloning – Sometimes it pays to have a wide range of tools, including some older tools for the random jobs you don’t expect to come in. With the newer more fancy tools they quite often don’t support any ECUs that are 15 years or older, for obvious reasons. Both MPPS and IO Terminal could connect with this ECU, only IO Terminal could do a complete clone.
