Please read through the instructions below on how to use our postal remap service.
1. Send the correct payment using our webshop
– Use the drop down menu to choose the number of ECUs that you need to apply the remap to.
2. Remove the ECU from the engine(s):
– Make sure the engine is fully shut down, disconnect battery.
– Unclip ECU plug(s) and remove ECU from engine.
3. Package the ECU:
– Take a photograph of the label of your ECU before sending so you know the part numbers in case it gets lost. Use an insured post service.
– Package the ECU in a small cardboard box and protect the connector plug.
– Include a detailed note in the box with the ECU. Your Name, Address, contact details, remap type, receipt.
4. Prepare the shipping label:
– Use an express service such as DHL express. Avoid your country’s local mail service as these always get delayed when crossing a border as they go to the cheapest service. DHL express is very rapid.

Please always get in touch before sending your ECU to make sure we are available to carry out the work.
Use NL address for EU Zone orders and also countries outside of the UK. For UK orders send to HDI Tuning instead, please ask for a label do not send to the office address.
